Governance & Documents

Mates Fund is a registered Australian charity and volunteer-run organisation. We work alongside communities to support practical, community-led projects through transparent funding, local leadership, careful record-keeping and responsible decision-making.

This page brings together the documents and processes that help explain how Mates is governed, how money is managed, how risks are handled, and how people can raise questions or concerns.

We believe trust should be practical. That means clear policies, accessible financial information, honest reporting, and a straightforward way for donors, partners, volunteers and community members to understand how we work.
